There is less than 24 hours between the photos from yesterday of the same mushrooms. It's hard to believe that these are the same mushrooms. The middle ones were piles of black slime at about noon and at four they were almost non-existent. Look at the middle ones from yesterday. The bottom one had a hat shaped cap yesterday and is flat topped and half eaten. The top ones were very pretty yesterday and now are broken up and not pretty at all. Amazing that there was such a change!
